Senior Staff Engineer, QM [IDL] Production Quality Management

Position Summary (岗位描述):

1, As plant PQM, ensure reliable and qualified products delivery to customer, take responsibility or accountability from quality management

2, As APQ, advanced quality control in new project.

Key Responsibility (主要职责)

1. Set up control plan, ensure materials, semi-products and finished goods quality controlled within specification.

2. Lead teamwork, handling all urgent quality issues with quality tools.

3. continued improvement on quality control based on data analyze from internal and external feedback.

4. Analyze and monitor Non Conformance Cost, and push continue reduction

5. Handling customer’s inquire, claim to fulfill customer expectations from plant

6. Quality management in project, follow Q-gate process to ensure new products can be introduced smoothly

7. Maintenance and continue improvement on quality management system according IATF16949

8. Other tasks assigned from quality manager

1, Major in electronics, physics, optics knowledge, bachelor or above

2. 5 years above in industry and prefer 3 years above in quality

3. Quality tools, ISO9000/IATF16949 knowledge

4. VDA6.3 process auditor

5. Fluent English skills is required, listening, Speaking, Reading, andWriting.

6. Good at communication and negotiation
